Goals are more than just things to achieve. They're about learning about yourself by diving deep into the core of who you are, facing the fears that hold you back, challenging the thoughts that limit you, and harnessing the emotions that fuel your journey.

This month, we’re walking or running one mile every day. But it's not just about the distance. It's about using each mile to explore your inner world.

As you walk or run, allow yourself to be fully present in the moment. Notice the thoughts that arise, the emotions that surface, and the sensations in your body. Embrace the discomfort, celebrate the victories, and honor the journey.

Take a walk on the wild side with the Wild Woman Community, and discover how powerful we can be, one mile at a time!

How It Works:

  • Plan Your 1-Mile Adventure: Choose a route that excites you! It could be through a scenic park, around your neighborhood, or anywhere else you enjoy. Listen to your body and make the adventure your own.

  • Print Out the PDF: Download and print the One Mindful Mile Challenge PDF. Keep it somewhere visible, like on your fridge or by your front door, so you can easily see it each day.

  • Read the Daily Prompt: Each day, read the prompt provided in the PDF for that day's walk or run. Take a moment to reflect on it before you head out.

  • Go Out for Your Walk or Run: Lace up your shoes and hit the road! Whether you're walking or running, focus on being present in the moment and enjoying the experience.

  • Check Off the Day: After your walk or run, check off the corresponding day on your printable PDF. It's a satisfying way to track your progress!

  • Join the Mindful Mile Monday Check-In: Every Monday, pop Into the Facebook group for Mindful Mile Monday. Share your progress, cheer on fellow participants, and celebrate your achievements together.

  • Extra Points for Sharing: Don't forget to snap some photos or videos during your walk or run! Sharing them in the Facebook group is strongly encouraged. It's a great way to inspire others and connect with fellow participants.
