About the Event

As humans, we’re conditioned to avoid negative emotions. Many of us do that by distracting ourselves with Netflix, social media, alcohol, food, and even "positive" behaviors like cleaning, working, exercising or personal and professional development.

But over time, avoiding uncomfortable emotion has unwanted consequences. In our constant desire to "feel better" we miss out on our full human experience. We wind up with unhealthy bodies, unmet goals, hangovers and beliefs about not being enough.
