Summer Slow-Down

Hey Wild Woman,

I know summer gets busy for all of us. We all think we don’t have time to work on our goals, create time for ourselves or commit to  our personal growth. We think we’ll start next week, or wait until things slow down in the fall. 


My challenge for you is to find the time. Make the time. Not for everything, but for just one thing. 


One practice that you can do anywhere. A habit that requires hardly any prep or planning. A habit that seems too simple to be effective, yet is known to improve mental health, ease anxiety and enhance self confidence. 


Reflective Writing. 

For the next 30 days, you’ll receive a daily journal prompt designed for you to uncover limiting beliefs, reveal your strengths and develop positive self talk. All you need to do is set a timer for 5-10 minutes and free write in a journal or word document.


When you join the challenge, you also have the option to anonymously submit your Thought Download for feedback and coaching.
